結論:Across 19 studies (949 intervention / 1816 control), pooled mortality RR 0.81 (95% CI 0.62-1.07, p<0.01 heterogeneity but overall NS); no significant differences in ventilation incidence, hospital duration, or ICU stay. Subgroup signal favored moderate over high dose and combination over monotherapy. Conclusion: may lower mortality but evidence inconsistent.
