多篇高品質統合分析(Taku 2012 頻率減少20.6%、Franco 2016 JAMA 每日減少0.79次)顯示具統計顯著性的輕度效益,且高基因異黃酮(genistein >30 mg/day)萃取物在 Cochrane 2013 的非合併亞組中方向一致為正。

但 Cochrane 2013 整體無定論、近期 2024/2025 MA 對血管舒縮症狀未達顯著,加上強烈安慰劑效應與 equol 代謝者的調節作用,使整體屬「中度且混雜的 RCT 證據」。
