Tg-Ab reduced at 3 mo (SMD -0.46, -0.79 to -0.12, p=0.007) but NOT at 6 mo. TSH reduced at 6 mo (SMD -0.18, -0.35 to -0.01, p=0.03). Selenomethionine subgroup showed superior effect vs other forms.
