理由:(1) 機轉端強:Pullar 2017 明確指出皮膚維生素 C 濃度高(表皮 ~1 mM、真皮 ~0.3 mM)、為 prolyl/lysyl hydroxylases 之必需輔因子(膠原蛋白合成)、且為 ROS 清除劑與 UV 光保護要素;EFSA 並授權『contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin』之 functional health claim(注意:functional/biochemical 而非 anti-aging therapeutic claim)。

(2) 觀察性支持中等:Cosgrove 2007 NHANES 橫斷面 n=4,025 顯示飲食維生素 C 攝取較高與皺紋/senile dryness 較少有關(OR 約 0.89),但為 cross-sectional、industry-affiliated(Unilever R&D)、無法證明因果。
