PMID: 29154054 2017 RCT (single-blind) n = 60
結論:Adib-Hajbaghery 2017 reported significantly better PSQI sleep-quality scores in the chamomile group vs control after 28 days (P<0.05); however design is single-blind with a no-treatment (not placebo) comparator and an elderly nursing-home population, limiting causal attribution and generalizability.
