Examine.com 對 Vitamin K 在 CVD 區塊的 Calcium Score(鈣化分數)與 Pulse Wave Velocity 皆給 Grade D(No effect, n=733/4 RCTs),唯一 Grade B 的 Osteocalcin 只能證明 K 具生物活性而非心血管效益。

AHA 引用的 2022 Circulation RCT(720 µg MK-7 + D 連續 2 年)在 365 位主動脈瓣鈣化男性中對瓣膜鈣化進展無效。
