The direction is consistent (reduced hepatic lipid, lower ALT/AST), but there is a complete translational gap: no human NAFLD-endpoint trial (liver fat %, fibrosis, or ALT/AST as a primary clinical outcome) exists, and one of the five studies (PMID 34035824) is actually an alcoholic-liver model, not NAFLD.
