唯一正向是 MOMH 2021 烏克蘭多中心 RCT(介於兩個強陰性結果之間),絕對效果僅 ~0.8 次/週、與安慰劑反應大幅重疊、可能是配方/族群特異性。

結論:Compression stockings reduced weekly leg cramp frequency vs placebo (adjusted MD -1.43, P = 0.001). Magnesium showed NO significant benefit vs placebo (P = 0.929). At week 8, median weekly cramps: stockings = 2, magnesium = 3, placebo = 3 (baseline median = 4 in all groups).
