The only trial with a hard endpoint, a 124-adult influenza-vaccine RCT, was NULL for antibody response in the overall population, with only a post-hoc 50-55 year subgroup signal that is hypothesis-generating at best. No immune-function-specific systematic review or meta-analysis exists, several products tested were chlorella-derived multicomponent supplements rather than pure chlorella, funding was largely undisclosed, and trial quality was rated low to moderate. This is best described as evidence that exists but is small, surrogate-driven and inconsistent, which warrants grade C; it falls short of B (which would require moderate, consistent, clinically relevant evidence) but is not as weak as D or U because multiple independent trials do show consistent directional changes in immune surrogates. This aligns with Examine immunity C while the separate vaccine-augmentation claim correctly remains D.

結論:No significant effect on antibody response to influenza vaccine in the overall population (≥4-fold rise: 200 mg group, placebo, 400 mg group all p>0.05). A post-hoc subgroup aged 50-55 receiving 400 mg showed significantly higher titers against some strains. Fatigue more frequent in the 200 mg group (44%) than 400 mg (20%) or placebo (19%).
