台灣社群(PTT regimen/MuscleBeach/e-shopping、Dcard)對人參抗疲勞反應分歧。不少鄉民實測人蔘飲後覺得「精神好的時間有延長」、「下午工作比較有精神」,但也有人認為效果不顯著、「跟B群比就是貴而已」,普遍共識是體質虛者較有感、易補過頭。常被點名的是人蔘飲三大品牌(正官庄、老協珍、禧元堂)與桂格養氣人蔘,正官庄被多人形容最提神但也有人喝完失眠。社群討論不能取代研究證據。
