機轉合理且動物證據可觀:C. elegans 延壽約 50%(Chin 2014, Nature, PMID 24828042)、Drosophila(Su 2019, PMID 31242135)、中年雌鼠 median lifespan +16.6%/雄鼠不顯著(Asadi Shahmirzadi 2020, Cell Metab, PMID 32877690),機轉涵蓋 ATP synthase/TOR 抑制、AMPK 活化、表觀遺傳去甲基化輔因子等(Bayliak 2021 review, PMID 33340716)。

然而唯一直接人體資料為 Demidenko 2021(PMID 34847066)之 Rejuvant 回溯性、無對照組、無隨機分組 before/after 研究(n=42),且作者與產品有商業關聯,僅屬 hypothesis-generating,不能作為療效依據。
