Effect on subjective fatigue or general energy NOT measured — outcome is mechanical strength retention under fatiguing protocol.

結論:POMS-Fatigue decreased significantly from baseline in placebo, PE-500, and Cr-400 arms; energy ratings improved over time (p<0.001) with NO between-group differences. Authors conclude PE and Cr + PE 'do not affect appetite or diet satisfaction.' For fatigue/energy: changes attributable to the exercise + diet co-intervention, not shilajit. Shilajit dose (6-12 mg) is ~40× lower than the 250-500 mg used in dedicated shilajit fatigue trials.
