Oral Intake of Royal Jelly Has Protective Effects Against Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor-Induced Toxicity in Patients with Renal Cell Carcinoma
Finding: Fatigue frequency significantly lower in RJ vs placebo (p=0.003); anorexia also lower (p=0.015); dose-reduction / discontinuation-free interval longer in RJ group (p=0.013). Population is advanced RCC on TKI — not general healthy adults.
